Mealtime+ Visits
$28 +
The Mealtime+ Visit can be booked for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. This is our standard and most popular visit type. Your little one(s) will receive a meal, fresh water, medications if needed, a tidy litter box, and cuddle or playtime. If you have a pup that needs walking, we’ll do so at your request. We’ll also bring in the mail and newspaper. Work with the best cat sitter in Santa Fe and gain peace of mind for your beloved pets.

Above visit times should be chosen based on number of pets and duties required. Typically, 30 minutes is best for up to 2 pets, 45-60 minutes is best for 3+ pets, multiple litter boxes, etc.

Almost Overnights
$42+
The Almost Overnight includes a 2-hour evening visit, followed by a 1-hour morning visit. This option is great for pets that enjoy some extra lovins! This special set of visits will include feeding, exercise, playtime, and cuddle time. If you have a pup, walkies are included. We’ll bring in the mail and packages and water any plants that need it. Additional visits may be scheduled for mid-day or afternoon. PM visit must be booked along with the AM visit to qualify for the discount.

Home Care Visits
$20+
Home Care Visits (with no pets) can be booked for 15 or 30 minutes. A Home Care Visit can include retrieving the mail, retrieving newspapers, watering plants, opening/closing windows as requested (to give the home a “lived-in” appearance), rubbish bins in/out, general house check/walk-through (to be sure all is safe and sound while you’re away). Choose time based on amount of duties requested.

Holiday Surcharge
In the spirit of the season, your Pet Care Provider can be there when you can’t be. A $10 Holiday Surcharge is applied to each visit on the following major holidays:
New Years Day

Easter Sunday

Independence Day

Cancellation Policies
We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule. You will be charged for all visits without proper notice of cancellation.
These policies apply to individual visit cancellations, full trip reservation cancellations, as well as unexpected early returns.
A Purrfect Situation reserves the right to deny or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate and uncomfortable situations.
Standard Cancellations must be received 24 hours before scheduled visit in order for the full visit fee to be credited.
- 50% of visit fee will be applied if less than 24 hours cancellation notice is given.
- 100% of visit fee will be applied if cancellation is received less than one (1) hour of scheduled visit.
Fall/Winter Holiday Cancellations and Changes: Due to high demand on specific holidays, our cancellation fees are strictly imposed during these times and differ from our Standard Cancellation policy. A Fall/Winter Holiday reservation consists of any reservation containing any of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and/or New Year’s Day.
- Payment is due at time of reservation booking.
- 100% of visit/reservation/invoice fees to be refunded if cancellation notice is given a full 14 days prior to the first scheduled date of holiday reservation.
- 50% of visit/reservation/invoice fees to be refunded if cancellation notice is given a full 7 days (and under 14 days) prior to the first scheduled date of holiday reservation.
- 100% of visit/reservation/invoice fees are applied if notice of cancellation is received under 7 days prior to the first scheduled date of holiday reservation Therefore, no credits or refunds will be given. (Example: Client books a service reservation for 12/23 through 12/27 and cancels the entire reservation on 12/17, so Client will be responsible to pay 100% for the entire reservation from the first scheduled service on 12/23 to the last on 12/27.)
